Connolly’s Do It Best Hardware has awarded Shawnee Construction & Engineering, Inc. a design-build contract for an addition and renovation to their facility located at 1642 North Wells Street in Fort Wayne.

Firehouse Subs awarded Shawnee Construction & Engineering a $180,000, 2000 square foot build out of a new restaurant that is slated for completion in November 2011.

Capstone Group awarded Shawnee Construction & Engineering, Inc. a $620,000 contract for Meadowbrook Shopping Center, a 12,000 shopping center expansion and renovation. The center located in New Haven, IN, is slated for completion in November 2011.  

Zion Lutheran Church Friedheim,   has awarded Shawnee Construction & Engineering, Inc. a $750,000 contract for a new 1,800 square foot gathering hall addition. The project, located in Decatur, In. is slated for completion in November 2011.

The project architect is Grinsfelder Associates Architects, Inc.   

Services Corp International of Indiana awarded Shawnee Construction & Engineering, Inc. a $1.5 million contract for construction of a new 8000 square foot funeral home to be located at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 6750 Covington Lane in Fort Wayne. Scheduled for completion in August, the project designer is Concept One Design and engineering provided by J& E Consulting.

800 Degree Pizza awarded Shawnee Construction & Engineering a $350,000 contract ofr a new 5600 square foot facility located at 5215 Illinois Road.  The restaurant is slated for completion in early 2012.  The project is a design and build project for Shawnee Engineering and Engineering, Inc.

A 37,000 Square Foot Medical Office Building will include 35 patient rooms, two classrooms and a large multiuse room. Construction is slated for completion in December 2011. The project architect is Morrison Kattman Menze.
